The hectares of vineyards of the farm also keep the clones of the original plants in the new plants, some of which are over 60 years old. For both reds and whites, the respect of the original percentages is a guarantee of the typicality of the vines.
The result is a book of excellent wines, worthy of the DOC and DOCG designations.
